Occasionally, no matter how well I pack your art, a shipper inadvertently damages it.  At times, you may make a purchase and later change your mind.  No problem.  I’m glad to make things right.  Please help by following my return policy.

 

Return for Damage Occurring in Shipping

Every single purchase is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure safe delivery.  If your artwork arrives with external damage to the package, please refuse shipment and note the damage you see.  Doing so will ensure prompt replacement of your purchase.  If, when you open your shipment, you discover that the art is damaged, please hold onto all original packaging.  Contact me immediately by telephone (734) 904-9632 or toll free at (877) 878-1957.

 

Return for Artwork You Decide Not to Keep

Every single purchase you make from me is completely covered by my 100% “Take A Full Month to Choose” money back guarantee.  It is important to me that you are totally satisfied with your purchase and enjoy showing it in your home or office.  If you are not happy with it, just return it to me along with any enclosed documentation.  I will refund your investment or exchange the art piece for another, as you wish.  This guarantee will be honored regardless of whether you made your purchase in person, over the phone, or through the internet.  This guarantee does not apply to art purchased at significantly discounted prices, nor to pieces that were altered, modified, rematted, or reframed by anyone other than Joel Geffen.

Your art must be in perfect, just-like-new, condition when I receive it from you.  It is your responsibility to cover shipping costs from your location to mine.  Shipping fees paid initially to cover art transportation from me to you are not refundable.  If you have purchased multiple pieces of art and wish to return them for a refund, you need you to ship them back together, and preferably all in one package.  Your return needs to be insured and trackable.  Each return must be preceded by a phone conversation or in person (no email) with me, letting me know that a return will be arriving.  Returns for which I have not been notified beforehand, and returns not approved by me, will be returned to the sender.  Poorly re-packed artwork likewise may be refused a refund.  Please pack any returns with care.  Thank you.
